The driver pulls the handle and releases the locking mechanism along the groove rail, allowing the seat to slide forward and backward. The sliding inner rail connects the cabin floor to the seat bottom via a separate bracket and is specifically designed for truck seats.
The sliding outer rail is part of the full seat unit and is used to adjust the seat position manually. The sliding outer rail is used in conjunction with the inner rail, one on each side, to form a full-seat device. The sliding outer rail connects the carriage floor to the seat bottom via an independent bracket. Unlike the sliding inner rail, the sliding outer rail does not contain a handle for releasing the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism needs to be released through the inner rail handle and the wire assembly of the outer rail locking mechanism. The sliding outer rails are designed specifically for truck seats.
The wire assembly is a wire with two loops, the ends of which are fixed with metal grommets, for manual operation of the full seat unit and slide rails. The steel wire assembly is installed between the locking mechanism of the sliding outer rail and the handle of the sliding inner rail. When the handle is rotated, the steel wire is pulled out from the groove of the sliding outer rail and releases the locking mechanism. Wire components are designed specifically for truck seats.
As a component of the seat, generally speaking, the truck seat rail is an optional part, not a required part. The slide rails include single-lock slide rails and double-lock slide rails, which can be selected according to your actual needs.
