Driver Seat Parts are various components that make up the whole driver seat. All the components cooperate with each other and work together to complete all the functions of this driver seat.

Driver Seat Parts include the following components:

▪ Headrest:
Including: sponge, headrest cover, headrest tube, headrest frame, dust cover;

▪ Backrest
Including sponge, frame, and outer skin fabric;

The adjustable range of the 153 recliners is 35°-178°, and the adjustable range of the shell tooth plate recliner is 90°+41°.

There are three types of seat belts: two-point seat belts, three-point seat belts, four-point seat belts, and five-point seat belts.

▪ Cushion and seat frame;
YSR has two types of seat cushions and seat frames. Among them, the HT seat cushion is larger than the QS seat cushion has more flame retardants, and is more expensive. The seat frame is divided into two types: wooden board seat frame and iron plate seat frame.

▪ Dust cover:
The dust cover has two types: four-layer dust cover and five-layer dust cover.

▪ Mechanical shock-absorbing base:
The mechanical shock-absorbing base consists of a weight adjustment component, a valveless damper, and two large tension springs. It is divided into three types: front, left and right. It mainly depends on the direction of the weight adjustment component.

▪ Slide rail:
Slide rail has two types: single-locking slide rail and double-locking slide rail.

▪ Damping:
Damping has two types: German damping and Chinese damping. To make our seats softer, we usually use ISRI 02 damping.

▪ Turntable:

There are two types: driver seat turntable and RV seat turntable.

▪ Shock absorber base:

There are three types of shock absorption bases: airbag shock absorption base, electric shock absorption base, and mechanical shock absorption base;

▪ Tables and lifting table legs；
