■ After-sales service policy of YSR Seating driver's seat is as follows:
• The entire seat provides a 1-year warranty period, during which all seat accessories are replaced free of charge. After the warranty period expires, if repairs or replacement of accessories are required, the cost shall be borne by the customer.
• In addition to the warranty period, the after-sales service policy of the driver's seat also includes repair services, replacement of accessories, and other services. Seat repair services include replacement, repair, and cleaning of seats. All repair work should be carried out at the authorized service points of dealers, agents, or traders. Replacement accessories include all accessories of the seat, such as armrests, recliners, seat cushions, backrests, etc.
• For problem-solving and complaint handling, we have a complete processing process. If you encounter after-sales service problems or customer complaints, we will actively respond and handle them to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Our goal is to achieve zero complaints in after-sales service and provide customers with better user experience and service.
• The accessories and parts on the seat need to be purchased by yourself after the warranty period. According to the different status of the product, we split the seat to facilitate customers to specify accessories for repair.
■ Exoneration Clause:
We will not assume any responsibility for any seat failure or damage caused by the following reasons:
• Modification or installation of various equipment on the seat without the permission of the company. Including but not limited to adding seat decoration covers, changing seat air pipes, changing seat circuits, adding functions (such as ventilation, heating, lumbar support, rotation, etc.), and cutting or welding the seat frame.
• Failure to use the seat correctly as required by the instruction manual. Including but not limited to: failure to operate the seat as required by the instruction manual, failure to use the seat belt correctly, placing debris on the seat, pouring alcohol on the seat surface, stepping on the seat or armrests, and using a seat that has failed or has hidden dangers.
• Failure to maintain and repair the seat as required. Including but not limited to: failure to maintain the seat on time, maintenance and repair at service stations not authorized by the company and the OEM, maintenance and repair by non-professionals, and failure to comply with the maintenance manual and operating specifications.
• Use of non-original accessories.
• After a failure occurs, the user intentionally destroys the original state of the faulty part, causing a failure that cannot be identified or there is deception.
• The warranty period has expired or the vulnerable parts are damaged (housing, handle, fabric cover, dust cover).
• Damage caused by force majeure. Such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
