Standard inspections cover the seat's appearance, upholstery, frame, slide rails, adjustment mechanisms, suspension systems, and other mounting components. For seats equipped with mechanical or air suspension, we also verify the functionality of these systems.
Along with the seats, we provide a certificate of conformity for every shipment. For production orders, we conduct a "first-article inspection"-verifying the quality of the initial unit before proceeding with mass production. Customers can refer to the accompanying documentation to understand the product details. For orders with special requirements, we can arrange additional inspection documentation upon request.
Once the seats pass inspection, they move to packaging. Since export seats undergo long-distance transport and multiple rounds of loading and unloading, packaging quality is crucial. We use protective materials and secure the seats firmly to minimize the risk of bumps or scratches during transit. The seats shown in the video will be packaged according to the order schedule and handed over to logistics for delivery to the customer.
